Book promotion or fairs I am lucky to be able to participate in with some fabulous historical romance authors.

• Long story short – I wrote Book 3 of the Rakes & Ruin series about 6 years ago, featuring Georgiana’s cousin, Anthony Philips. It came to me in a dream as a Time Travel-ish story. Modern day FMC finds herself in the body of an 18th century countess. And her husband despises her, for good reason. So I wrote Lady Substitute. And had a blast! Then, I wrote Book 4 and a few other books. Sadly, when putting my series together, I realized it wouldn’t “fit” in my “real-life” historical romance series. So…I’m in the middle of writing Book 3. Anthony, for those who have met him, is a real rake, not one who just drinks a lot and chases a few skirts. He’ll redeem himself with some hard help from the right heroine. Promise. 🤞🏼
• I plan to freebie the original Book 3, Lady Substitute, to my newsletter subscribers, so if you’d like to read it, subscribe to my journal!
• I’m recovering from shoulder surgery. No funny or daring injury stories. Just the wear and tear of critical care nursing and likely, inflammation from that hateful COVID. I had the other shoulder fixed in 2023.
• I’m drafting a family tree for my series, including my spin-off series (the first two books already finished) about Oliver St. Clairs’ daughters.
• It’s important to me that I give back to my writing community. I judge contests, read ARCs, and beta read for my writer friends. So, I’m probably doing all three right now.
